About Us
Aaron Seymour
I'm a fourth year Electromechanical Engineering student with an Associates in Mechanical Engineering. I completed my associates degree in 2002 at Vermont Technical College and in 2010 I decided to pursue my bachelors degree in ELM. It has been a long journey working full time and raising a family while pursuing my degree. I am anticipating to graduate in the spring of 2019. Motocross has always been a passion of mine. I started racing motocross in 1995 and was instantly hooked for life. My son and daughter now share a similar passion for riding. The eDirtbike project combines my love for motorcycles and the skills and knowledge that I have acquired while attending Vermont Tech.

I am a fourth year student enrolled in the Electromechanical Engineering degree program at Vermont Technical College. I took a nontraditional path to my degree. I began my college career in the fall of 2005 and in the spring of 2007 I had to postpone my education. In January 2015, I was able to return to Vermont Tech and continue my education while working full time. I am anticipating to graduate in May 2019. I have always enjoyed anything mechanical, especially automotive related. I have always had a passion for tearing things apart, learning what makes them tic, and reassembling them. This project gives me the opportunity to work as a part of a team to build something using my passion for building and the knowledge I have acquired during my time at Vermont Tech.
